Communication is cultural: it's about body language, cultural nuances, facial expressions, historical references, idioms Commuincation is personal: it's about our personal experiences and upbringing, what we think and we are told about how other people think and behave, how we relate to the others around us. Communication is subconscious: What I am thinking is not always projected in the words coming from my mouth. My language is more limited than I am. Sometimes I exhibit body lanaguage that does not match the message that I would like to project.
